The Baja Rey is a fantastic RC, but like most it's not without its flaws. The amazing open design cage let’s all manner of sand, stones, grass, and debris inside. The little 'buttons' that space the body out are always falling off when you're taking the truck apart or cleaning and they're three different sizes so make sure you put them back exactly right! Let's fix all this and make it even better.
Printed in virtually indestructible TPU, the backside of the side panels are perfectly recessed to allow to the cover to sit flush against the cage while keeping it perfectly secure at the same time. The exterior features louvers to allow air to flow through the interior and help keep the motor cool. The front edge and bottom edge of the side panels include built in dirt guards to stop most debris from even making it down the side of the cage. The raised 'buttons' are integrated into the design and exactly match the heights and locations of the stock plastic parts. The bottom covers secure in place using included 10mm m3 hex screws so they'll never move around or deform with ambient temperatures. Designed aesthetically to mimic aluminum panels and the existing factory cage design, everything looks like it just belongs.
Includes two side panels and two bottom panels with hex hardware. 2.0 Raptor and F100 have the body buttons built into the panels where the V1/V2 use your existing stock plastic buttons.
Run with the body shell on or off, it will look great either way. Pair with the front dirt guard as well to keep maximum debris out of the chassis.
